Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of food products, returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, leaked, or broken
- The product is incorrect or missing compared to the order
- The product is expired or unfit for consumption upon delivery
To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear photos or video evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used food products
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Change of mind after delivery
Refund Process
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we will process your refund or replacement accordingly:
- Replacement will be offered where possible
- Refunds will be issued in case replacement is unavailable
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Refund Method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
- For online payments, refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side (damaged, wrong, or defective product).
